Jane Parkinson

Jane Parkinson is an experienced health care coach and consultant, currently serving as the owner of Jane Parkinson & Associates Inc. since January 2006. In addition to this role, Jane has been an accredited TMS facilitator with TMS Americas since 2009 and has provided coaching and consulting services at The Good Samaritan Society since April 2008, focusing on organizational development and major change initiatives. Jane's prior experience includes a position as a senior facilitator in learning and development at the University of Western Ontario from July 2011 to July 2022 and director of employment services at The Hospital for Sick Children from September 2002 to December 2006, where operational leadership was provided within human resource services. Earlier roles include vice president of people and organizational development at Providence Health Care Foundation and director of total quality management at St. Joseph's Health Care London. Jane holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Western University and a Bachelor's degree from King's University College.
