Linda Payares is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various roles within the culinary industry. Since 2018, Linda has served as an Executive Chef at Compass Group USA, alongside previous responsibilities as Executive Sous Chef. Additionally, Linda has been with The Gooden Center since April 2015, holding the position of Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
