Linda Payares

Linda Payares is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various roles within the culinary industry. Since 2018, Linda has served as an Executive Chef at Compass Group USA, alongside previous responsibilities as Executive Sous Chef. Additionally, Linda has been with The Gooden Center since April 2015, holding the position of Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Prior culinary experience includes a role as a Line Cook at Bon Appétit Management Company starting in February 2014, where Linda specialized in catering and deli sandwiches. Linda also worked as a Line Cook at Compass Group since June 2015. Linda Payares graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena between 2015 and 2017, further enhancing expertise in the culinary field.
