Nancy Merkel

Nancy Merkel is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in dietary management and nutritional services. Currently serving as the Regional Culinary Operations Coordinator at The Goodman Group, LLC since February 2014, Nancy previously held the position of Director of Nutritional Services at Westpark Village from February 1995 to January 2016. Nancy's education includes a Culinary Arts Certificate from Escoffier International Culinary Academy, obtained in 2014, as well as a Certified Dietary Manager designation from the University of Florida, which was pursued between 1996 and 1998. In addition, Nancy attended the University of Scranton and graduated from C.M. Russell High School in 1982.
