Beth Simone Noveck

Beth Simone Noveck is an accomplished legal scholar and leader in technology and innovation, currently serving as the Chief AI Strategist and Chief Innovation Officer for the State of New Jersey since August 2018. Noveck holds the position of Professor at Northeastern University and directs The Governance Lab. Additional leadership roles include Board Chair at CitizenLab and Executive Partner at Ethos Capital LLC. Noveck has held academic roles at Yale Law School as a Senior Fellow and Visiting Clinical Professor, as well as previous professorships at New York University and MIT. Educational credentials include a JD from Yale Law School, a PhD from Universität Innsbruck, and an AB from Harvard University.
