Mitch Heckert

Mitch Heckert has extensive work experience in the employee benefits industry. Mitch started as a Supervisor at UPS in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Mitch then joined Hilti as an Account Manager from 2010 to 2012. Mitch then moved to Hays Companies as a Benefits Consultant from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are working at Graham Company, where they started as an Employee Benefits Consultant in 2014 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Employee Benefits since August 2021.

Mitch Heckert completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness at the University of Delaware from 2002 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2010.
