Robert Gelber

Robert Gelber CCC has an extensive work experience history. Robert worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from September 1985 to March 1987. Robert then joined Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Warehouse Coopers) as a Tax Associate from August 1980 to April 1982. In 1987, they became the CEO and Owner of The Grand Summit Hotel, where they provided superior personal service to both corporate and individual guests. In the same year, they also became the Executive Vice President of Marshall Weinerman Real Estate, where they engaged in real estate development and property management. In 2010, they started working as a Managing Member at Phoenix Business Advisors, primarily assisting business owners and senior executives in achieving higher levels of success and transitioning family and closely-held businesses to the next generation. Robert also became a Group Chair at Vistage International from September 2010 to August 2013, serving as a mentor and coach for fellow CEOs, presidents, and business owners.

Robert Gelber CCC has a diverse education history. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Chicago in 1979. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting & Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 1978 and 1980. Following this, they attended the University of Miami School of Law from 1982 to 1985, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Tax. In terms of additional certifications, Gelber obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in Florida in 1981. Furthermore, they became a member of the Florida Bar (currently inactive), New Jersey Bar (currently inactive), and New York Bar (retired) in 1986. Lastly, in 2014 and 2015, Gelber attended the School of Coaching Mastery and acquired a Certified Competent Coach degree with specializations in Positive Psychology and Coaching with Neuroscience.
