Identifying DEI needs and best practices for therapy and larger business entities requires planning to achieve targeted solutions and offering clients support to achieve their goals. As a DEI consultant and licensed clinical social worker, I pinpoint ways to create an inclusive organization for employees and leaders and serve mental health clients with an empathic, person-centered, equitable approach.
