Jonathan Tetrault has a diverse work experience. Jonathan started their career in 2005 as the owner of "The Third Hand," where they acquired customers for construction and project-oriented needs. In 2008, they worked as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, providing customer service and carrying out sales and collection calls. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Father Bill's & MainSpring as a Triage Coordinator and Triage Worker, providing case management services for homeless individuals. Jonathan also worked at Bentley University as a Student Writing Tutor from 2007 to 2009. From 2011 onwards, they joined The Greater Boston Food Bank, starting as the Member Services Assistant Manager and progressing to various leadership roles such as Capacity and Compliance Manager, Senior Manager of Community Initiatives, Director of Distribution Services, Senior Director of Distribution Services, and Vice President of Community Impact. In their roles at the GBFB, Jonathan was responsible for managing the Community Impact Department, establishing excellent customer service standards, and increasing the capacity of the organization's network. Jonathan Tetrault's education history begins with their high school diploma from Holliston High School. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Philosophy, and International Studies from Bentley University, which they completed in 2009. Later, Jonathan attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they obtained a Certificate in Advanced Management in the field of Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2019.

Other certifications include ServSafe from the National Restaurant Association obtained in October 2016, and Standard First Aid from the American Red Cross obtained in July 2010.
