Norma Moreno Milligan

Norma Moreno Milligan serves as the Senior Regional Manager for the Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter Programs & Services at Alzheimer's Association® since January 2023, focusing on delivering Care & Support programs to underrepresented communities.
