Mounir Bouferdou

Mounir Bouferdou serves as the Founding Director and COO of The Greenhouse since September 2020, where responsibilities include creating and executing growth strategies for client acquisition and revenue generation. Mounir is also a member of Hampton since June 2024 and previously worked as a marketing consultant for Emotive from June 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Civil Engineer with the City of Jersey City from July 2019 to September 2020, where construction cost estimates for various projects were prepared, and as an Assistant Project Manager at CAPCON Inc. from June 2018 to June 2019, handling quantity take-offs and RFIs. Mounir began the career as a Project Estimator with European Contractors Ltd. from July 2015 to May 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Engineering Science from CT State Norwalk.
