Alice Milabi

Learning, Development And Well-being Assistant at The Greens/EFA in the European Parliament

Alice Milabi serves as the Learning, Development, Well-being and DEI officer & Anti-harassment coordinator at The Greens/EFA in the European Parliament since March 2023, focusing on GEDI, anti-racist and anti-discrimination initiatives, and revising anti-harassment policy. As Co-President of Diversité Europe since July 2021, Alice Milabi promotes diversity and inclusion across EU institutions. Previously, Alice Milabi worked at the European Commission from March 2020 to March 2023 in various roles related to learning and development, mediation, and gender equality projects. Additional experiences include guest speaking on equal opportunities and biases, project management, and teaching on social inclusion and equal opportunities in various educational settings. Alice Milabi holds a Master’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Université catholique de Louvain and a Bachelor’s degree from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles.
