Roger Overturf, PMP LSSBB

Roger Overturf, PMP LSSBB has extensive experience in project management, organizational change management, and communications. Roger began their career in 1991 as the Chief US Press Officer for HQ Allied Forces Central Europe. Roger then served as the Public Affairs Officer for Joint Task Force Full Accounting from 1992 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998, they were the Director of Public Affairs for Air Force Institute of Technology. Roger then moved to Cedarville University, where they served as Director of Public Relations from 1998 to 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they were the Manager of Global Media Relations for NCR. Roger then moved to TechTeam Global, where they served as Senior Analyst from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Senior Analyst/Communications Consultant for BTAS, Inc. Roger then moved to Morgan Borszcz Consulting, where they served as a Solutions Architect/Organizational Change Management/Communications Consultant from 2011 to 2016. Finally, they have been the Project Manager/Organizational Change Management/Communications for The Greentree Group since 2016.

Roger Overturf, PMP LSSBB holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Central Michigan University, which they obtained in 1981. Roger also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Cedarville University, which they obtained in 1975. In 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from the Aveta Business Institute. In 2008, they obtained an Organizational Change Management certification from Prosci. Finally, in 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
