Frank Foti has been the Founder & Servant Leader at The Ground since October 2019. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Vigor, LLC from March 1995 to October 2019. He also held the role of US National Committee President at AIESEC from June 1980 to June 1981. Frank graduated from Miami University in 1979 with a BS in Economics and Marketing.
