T'Kenya Miller, Ed.D. (c), is an accomplished career transition strategist and coach with extensive experience in organizational leadership and management. Currently serving as a Career Transition Strategist at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. since 2020, T'Kenya specializes in developing targeted job search plans and delivering career strategy solutions.
