Karen Durkin

Karen Durkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior VP Consulting at Teamalytics since August 2017 and an Integrus Coach at Integrus Leadership since June 2020, Karen also provides executive coaching through Aspirations since 1989. Additionally, Karen has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas since October 2006 and serves as a Leadership Coach at The Growth Partnership since January 2017. Previous positions include Director of Administration Finance Shared Services Center at MGM Resorts International from December 2012 to February 2015 and Principal at Houldsworth, Russo & Co., P.C. from 2001 to December 2012. Karen holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a BBA in Business and Communications from the University of North Texas.
