Marilyn Garcia

Marilyn Garcia is an experienced real estate broker associate currently affiliated with The Grubb Company since March 2019, following a long tenure as a broker associate at Coldwell Banker in Berkeley from 2002 to March 2019. With a background as a full-time licensed real estate agent since 2002 and a licensed broker since 2006, Marilyn possesses extensive knowledge of the real estate market. Prior to entering real estate, Marilyn served as an economics professor at the University of San Francisco from 1997 to 2002, where instruction focused on macroeconomics and financial markets for undergraduate and master’s students. Marilyn holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
