Noor M.

Noor M. has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. They began their career in 2008 as a Preview Center at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. In 2010, they took on two roles at Tropicana Las Vegas Inc., as a Front Desk Agent and Room Reservations. That same year, they began working at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, taking on four roles: Department Manager/Assistant Chef Concierge, Concierge Supervisor, Resort Services Manager, and Concierge/Lead. In 2021, Noor M. became the Chief Concierge at 1 Hotels, and in 2022, they took on the role of Director of Business Development at The Guestbook.

Noor M. attended The North Coast College from 2004 to 2005 and obtained an Associate of Applied Business degree in Fashion Merchandising. In December 2016, Noor M. obtained the Les Clefs d'Or certification from Les Clefs d'Or U.S.A., Ltd.
