Roshelle Palalay-Knepp has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles since 2006. In 2006, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Inkspot Printing. In 2010, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist/Web Analyst at Highspeed Communications, and as a Guest Service Representative at Aston Montelago Village Resort. Later that same year, they worked as an Intern-Education & Events at the Nevada Restaurant Association. From 2011 to 2022, they worked at Wynn Las Vegas, starting as a Senior Assistant Front Office Manager, then as a Hotel Manager, an Assistant Front Office Manager - Tower Suites, a Lead Representative/Relief Manager, and a Guest Service Representative.
