Kimberly Hearns-Gainer

Kimberly Hearns-Gainer is currently a Teacher Assistant at The Guidance Center and has previous experience as a Lead Teacher at Little Lamb Nursery and Kindergarten. Kimberly is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Child Adolescent Development at Walden University, after completing an Associate's degree in Child Care Professional at Washtenaw Community College. Their responsibilities include assisting in daily lesson plans, ensuring the safety of children, communicating with teachers and parents, and managing potential behaviors in the classroom.
