Felicity Stratton is an experienced professional with a strong background in fundraising and human resources. Currently serving as the Community Fundraising Relationship Manager at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association since March 2012, Felicity focuses on raising the profile of Guide Dogs through community fundraising initiatives in Northamptonshire, Rugby, Milton Keynes, and Solihull. Prior to this role, Felicity worked as a Parish Administrator at the Parish of Warwick and served as an HR Coordinator at RDS Automotive, where responsibilities included developing HR policies and procedures. Felicity holds a C.I.P.D. Certificate in Personnel Practice in Human Resources Management from Mid Warwickshire College and has education in hospitality and human resources management from Casterton School.
