Maria Rogan

Maria Rogan has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Maria is currently the Head of Guide Dogs Service Operations at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Service for Northern Ireland at Guide Dogs. Maria worked at Guide Dogs from March 2021 onwards.

Before joining Guide Dogs, Maria worked as the Director for Training & Development at PARENTING FOR NI LIMITED from March 2008 to March 2021. Prior to that, they were an ITXP Manager at Springvale Employment and Learning Solutions from March 2006 to 2008.

Maria also has experience working as a Business Solutions Manager at Hugh J OBoyle Training Limited from 2001 to 2006. Maria started their career as a Lecturer at the East Down Institute for Further & Higher Education in 2000 and held the position until 2006.

Maria Rogan completed their Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from Southern Regional College. Maria also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management from the University of London between the years 2003 and 2007. In addition, they earned a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management from Southern Regional College, which they attended from 2015 to 2016.
