Nikita Smith

Nikita Smith has extensive experience in executive support and community partnership management, currently serving as Community Partnership Manager at The Guinness Partnership since January 2017. Prior to this, Nikita held various roles within The Guinness Partnership, including Social Investment Officer and Executive Assistant to the Governance Team, where responsibilities included providing confidential administrative support to the Executive Team, managing diaries, and coordinating meetings. Previously, at Wulvern Housing and Brighter Futures Housing Association, Nikita excelled in roles as Executive Assistant and PA to the CEO, delivering high-level administrative support, managing documentation, and supervising office operations. Nikita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Biology from the University of Staffordshire and has A Level qualifications from Colege Menai Bangor.
