Pav Kumar

Pav Kumar has extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement. They started their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Cadbury plc and went on to work as a HR Manager at ITNET. Later, they joined Sopra Steria Group where they held roles such as Head of Learning and Development, Group Career Development Manager, and HR Manager for New Business. After a career break, Pav Kumar worked as a freelance consultant, seeking opportunities to help organizations develop their talent and improve business outcomes. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Learning and Development at The Guinness Partnership.

Pav Kumar obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Studies from Loughborough University from 1985 to 1989.
