David Melhuish

David Melhuish has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David has held various roles in companies such as The Gym Group, East of England Co-operative Society Ltd, Central England Co-operative, York International, and J & E Hall International. Notable positions include Chief Development & Sustainability Officer at The Gym Group, Interim Senior Surveyor at East of England Co-operative Society Ltd, Head of Development & Facilities at Central England Co-operative, and Project Manager at York International. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in property development, facilities management, surveying, and project management.

David Melhuish completed their MSc in Building Services Engineering from Brunel University London between 1995 and 1998. David is currently pursuing a degree in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge, expected to be completed in 2024.
