Ross Debonis

Ross DeBonis, MBA, has a solid background in construction management, boasting experience across various roles in the field. Currently serving as a Project Estimator at The Hagerman Group since May 2019, Ross has also held positions as an Assistant Project Estimator and Estimating Intern within the same organization. Prior experience includes work as a CMID Computer Lab Assistant at Ball State University and an internship as a Field Engineer Intern at Bowen Engineering Corporation. Ross has also contributed as a Project Engineer Intern at Lithko Contracting, LLC, and as a Laborer at Keith Sullivan Excavating. Ross holds both a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, both from Ball State University.
