Matt Bahoric

Matt Bahoric has a strong background in procurement and operations management. Matt is currently working as the Director of Procurement at The Hain Celestial Group, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at McCormick & Company, including Operations Lead - Contract Manufacturing and Senior Manager, Procurement. Before joining McCormick & Company, they worked at Dentsply Sirona as a Sourcing Manager. Earlier in their career, Matt held positions at Snyder's-Lance, Inc., Martin's Potato Chips, Inc., New World Pasta Company, New World Pasta, Burlington Capital Corporation/Knauss Foods, and Iceland Seafood Company, gaining experience in areas such as procurement, quality control, and process improvement. Matt has a track record of successfully implementing procurement strategies to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Matt Bahoric received a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1994. Matt then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same university, graduating in 2011. Prior to their university education, Matt completed high school at Central Dauphin East HS from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Category Management in Procurement from the Purchasing & Procurement Center and Supply chain practice through the Beer Game from Zensimu in 2023 and 2022, respectively.
