Vijosa Marku

Vijosa Marku has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the area of benefits management. Vijosa currently holds the position of Senior Director, Benefits at The Hain Celestial Group. Prior to their current role, Vijosa served as the Director of Benefits at Condé Nast from 2018 to 2022 and as a Senior Benefits Manager from 2016 to 2018. Vijosa also worked as an HR Consultant at Colgate Restoration in 2016. In their earlier career, Vijosa held positions at Mediaocean, where they were a Senior Benefits Manager from 2014 to 2015 and a Benefits and HRIS Manager from 2009 to 2014. Vijosa'sexperience also includes serving as an HR Generalist at Donovan Data Systems from 2001 to 2009 and as an HRIS Administrator at Zurich Scudder Investments from 1992 to 2001.

Vijosa Marku holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management and Economics with a concentration in Human Resources from SUNY Empire State College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Global Benefits from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and an HR Generalist Certificate from SHRM.
