Cathrine Bandera

Cathrine Bandera is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the HR and Safeguarding Manager at The HALO Trust since December 2021. Prior to this role, Cathrine held positions including Human Resources Officer at the Organisation for Public Health Interventions and Development from October 2015 to November 2021, and Human Resources Consultant at Ulendo Human Capital Consultancy from February 2012 to September 2015. Cathrine began their career as a Human Resource Trainee at Cresta Hospitality Zimbabwe between August 2010 and December 2011. Academically, Cathrine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the National University of Science and Technology, completed in November 2022, and a degree in Social Sciences with a Sociology Major and Psychology Minor from Africa University, obtained in 2010.
