Iris Frakking

Iris Frakking is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and partnerships management, primarily in international development and public health sectors. Currently serving as Partnerships Manager at The HALO Trust since February 2021, Iris has effectively managed a donor portfolio and led the implementation of strategic initiatives in Sri Lanka. Previous roles include Project Manager at RIVM National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, Project Coordination Consultant at UN-Habitat, and testing staff for COVID-19 at GGD regio Utrecht. Iris holds a Master’s degree in International Development Studies from Utrecht University, complemented by extensive international experience and various roles in both non-profit and private sectors, including event management and research internships.
