Jasmine Dann

Jasmine Dann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and policy analysis within international organizations and governmental agencies. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at The HALO Trust since November 2018, Jasmine oversees training and personnel as the Ukraine program expanded significantly. Previous roles include managing mine action operations in Somalia, leading proposal writing and donor management for large-scale programs, and developing policy positions at the United Nations. Jasmine's background also includes policy analysis for the Canada Border Services Agency and contributions to human rights initiatives at the Canadian Human Rights Commission. Jasmine holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Carleton University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Modern Languages from the University of Ottawa.
