Ralph Legg is an experienced Mine Action and Environment Project Manager for the Horn of Africa Region at The HALO Trust since May 2021, where strategic planning for humanitarian mine action in Ethiopia is a primary focus. Previously, Ralph held multiple roles within The HALO Trust from July 2014 to December 2020, including Country Director, managing a team of 600 staff across six Angolan provinces and overseeing diverse donor contracts worth $35 million. Ralph’s career includes roles at Tutors United and Teach For China, where program management and educational impact in low-income communities were key responsibilities. Ralph holds a Master’s degree in International Development from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Leeds.
