Samara Z. Tilkin

Samara Z. Tilkin joined The Hamilton Company as the in-house Architect in 1995. Her work on both commercial and residential properties includes adaptive reuse projects, historic renovations and restorations, new residential construction, and corporate and interior design. She works closely with the developmental team balancing architectural quality and aesthetics with realistic expectations and budget constraints.

Prior to joining The Hamilton Company, Samara held positions with several renowned architectural firms in the Boston area, including Shepley Bullfinch Richardson and Abbott & ADD Inc. Architects. She also conducted a successful independent practice with a focus on accessibility design.

Samara holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College where she graduated with high honors. She also attended the University of Waterloo School of Architecture Program in Ontario, Canada. Samara is certified as a LEED AP through the United States Green Building Council. She has been a member of the BSA/AIA and a Massachusetts registered architect since 1994.
