Mark S. Rosen

Mr. Rosen has been with The Hampshire Companies for 30 years. In addition to serving as Chief Legal Counsel, and EVP of Capital Markets, Mr. Rosen also sits on the Board of Managers and Investment Committees for the Hampshire Funds. Additionally, he is a member of the Hampshire Compliance Committee, and a member of the Hampshire Senior Leadership Team. In his capacity as Chief Legal Counsel, Mr. Rosen brings a deep and broad experience to the legal aspects of the Hampshire real estate business and its corporate practice. His responsibilities extend to the oversight of the Fund Formation process, application of securities laws, corporate risk assessment, corporate compliance and legal risk assessment across the entire Hampshire business framework. In his capacities as EVP of Capital Markets Mr. Rosen oversees Hampshire’s Transaction Team, directing the acquisition, disposition and financing activities of the Hampshire Family of Funds. Mr. Rosen holds a B.S. in Economics from SUNY – Binghamton and a J.D. Degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
