David Hall

David Hall is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in luxury apartment community development and commercial real estate. Since June 2007, David has served as a Development Partner at The Hanover Company, concentrating on projects in greater Boston and greater New York. Prior to this role, David held senior leadership positions at LNR Property Corporation, overseeing military base redevelopment, and KBS Realty Advisors, where focus was on the development of Class A office buildings across the nation. David began a career in commercial real estate at Trammell Crow Company, focusing on leasing, investment sales, and development. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Real Estate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with a BA in English from Dartmouth College.
