Glenn Margosian

Glenn Margosian currently serves as the Vice President of Performance Innovation at The Hanover Insurance Group, a position held since July 2006, responsible for strategic and operational leadership across various functions including Reporting & Analytics, Process, Project Management, and Vendor Management. Previously, Glenn held multiple roles within The Hanover Insurance Group, including Assistant Vice President for Personal Lines Operations and Claims, as well as Chief Operating Officer for the Surety strategic business unit. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Liberty Mutual, overseeing a region with over 500 claims professionals. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. in Management and Entrepreneurship from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and a BA in Business, Management, and Economics from Gordon College.
