Jim Gulinello is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Leader (AVP) at The Hanover Insurance Group since March 2013. In this role, Jim provides strategic direction for training and talent development for a Claims organization of 1,400 employees, overseeing a team of consultants and instructional designers. Additionally, Jim acts as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Claims senior leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Jim has also taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Dean College since January 2014 and previously held senior HR roles at BBH & Co, where Jim led HR programs supporting European banking operations, and at KPMG, where Jim managed HR functions for multiple New England offices. Jim holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Eastern Nazarene College.
