Leslie Scales

Leslie Scales is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in various underwriting and account management roles. Currently serving as a Small Commercial Executive Field Underwriter at The Hanover Insurance Group since July 2023, Leslie also holds the position of Market Facing Underwriter at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since January 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Underwriting Consultant in the Technology sector at CNA Insurance from October 2018 to January 2022, and as an Account Executive Officer in the Technology Department at Travelers from June 2007 to September 2018, focusing on new business marketing and renewal retention across all lines of commercial insurance, including Errors and Omissions and Cyber liability. Earlier in the career, Leslie was an Account Manager at Rosenbloom from 2002 to 2007. Leslie holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General studies from Normandale Community College.
