Stephanie Houtz

Stephanie (Gipe) Houtz, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director and Strategic HR Business Partner at The Hanover Insurance Group since March 2021. In this role, Stephanie provides consultation to business leaders in Finance, Information Technology, and General Counsel, focusing on performance management, compensation, employee development, and fostering Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. Prior to this position, Stephanie held the Associate Director of Human Resources role at Albright College, overseeing compensation and employee relations. Stephanie's extensive background includes over 20 years at Nationwide as a Human Resources Business Partner, where strategic partnership and HR counsel were provided to over 700 associates, alongside various HR roles. Stephanie earned a BS in Management from Lebanon Valley College.
