Tonya Patterson

Tonya Patterson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as the Strategic HR Business Partner and Director at Tri Pointe Homes since July 2021, Tonya previously held the position of Director of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations at Tulane University from August 2019 to June 2021. Additionally, Tonya's tenure at United Airlines from June 1998 to April 2019 included roles as Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations, as well as Human Resources Management at the IAH Hub. Tonya holds a Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University.
