Elle Whitehead-Smith

Elle Whitehead-Smith has worked in the digital marketing industry since 2014. Elle began their career as a Freelance Junior Account Executive at The View, where they wrote and edited press-releases, copy for websites, blogs and e-books and social media. In 2015, they moved to 4Ps Marketing as a Digital Marketing Executive. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Content Executive at 4Ps Marketing part of Artefact, where they developed content for clients with a range of needs, including social, paid ads, and long form content. In 2017, they moved to Artefact as a Senior Account Manager and Content Manager, where they were the client lead on a range of clients across the retail, travel and lead-gen space. In 2021, they began working as a Content Manager at The Happiness Index.

Elle Whitehead-Smith attended George Abbot School from 2001 to 2008. Elle then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) at The University of York from 2009 to 2012. During their time at The University of York they also completed a Study Abroad Certificate in English and French at Mount Holyoke College from 2010 to 2011. Afterward, they received a Master's Degree in Cultures of Empire, Resistance and Postcoloniality from the University of York in 2013.
