Betty Encinales has a wealth of experience in the field of talent acquisition, account management, and sales. Betty began their career in 2011 as a Sales Director at Capital Economics, where they were responsible for understanding and leveraging market trends to increase revenues by selling macro-economic researches, bespoke and standard packages. In 2014, they became a Recruiter/ Headhunter at Becruit and was accountable for recruiting top talent across multiple sectors, clients, functions and locations. Betty then moved to the Financial Times in the same year, where they worked as an Account Director and was responsible for key account management and new clients across the UK, Switzerland, and LATAM. In 2018, Betty became the Co-Founder of The Happiness Planner, where they planned and executed over 50 online wellbeing corporate events within one year and was responsible for corporate wellbeing event planning remotely, for overseas projects. Most recently, in 2022, Betty began working at Euromoney Institutional Investor as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner - FPS and at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner/ IBD.

Betty Encinales obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Schiller International University in 2004. Betty then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) but did not receive a degree.
