Andy Fisher

Andy Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Happiness Officer at The Happy Consultancy Group since June 2015. Under this role, Andy has focused on creating engaging work environments that foster happiness and productivity. Prior to this, Andy co-founded The Happy Learning Company Ltd, advocating for the creation of happiness in the workplace. Previous experience includes significant roles such as Learning Director at NKD, Learning Consultant at Andrew Barton Salon, and Performance Development Manager at British Airways, where responsibilities included training and development for inflight services and customer service training. Andy's educational background includes attendance at Dr Challoners Grammar School in Amersham from 1982 to 1988.
