Julie Swartz has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Analyst at Harbin Clinic since September 2013. Prior to this role, Julie worked at Protiviti from January 2006 to April 2013 in various positions, including Senior Consultant, Consultant, and HR Specialist. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia, completing the program in 2005.
