Shawna Cherry

Shawna Cherry has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting with their role as a Sr Collections/Customer Service Advocate at Bank of America from November 2000 to October 2006. Shawna then worked as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance, LLC from October 2006 to April 2007. Shawna joined M&T Bank in April 2007 as a Sr Branch Operations Coordinator and stayed with the company until October 2021. During their time at M&T Bank, they gained experience and expertise in branch operations. Most recently, Shawna joined The Harbor Bank of Maryland in September 2021 as an Assistant Manager and has since been promoted to various roles including Branch Operations Manager, Retail Banking Officer, and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President Branch Manager.

Shawna Cherry attended Baltimore City Community College from 2009 to 2011 and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Shawna then pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2015 to 2020, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
