Jimmy Hu

Jimmy Hu is an experienced bartender currently serving at the iconic Tailor Bar of Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam since February 2024. With a strong background in bartending, Jimmy has worked with various establishments including The Fabulous Shaker Boys and The Harbour Club, and has been active in freelance bartending since July 2022. Prior roles include bartending at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and various high-end venues through the Temper platform. In addition to bartending, Jimmy held the position of interim assistant zonemanager at Keukenhof in 2023, overseeing operations for a large influx of guests. Prior to their hospitality career, Jimmy managed financial administration for online retail outlets and gained foundational experience in customer service at Restaurant Azië. Jimmy holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the University of Twente.
