Dean Lea

Dean Lea is an experienced educator and leader in the fields of design technology and entertainment technology, currently serving as a Foundry Specialist Teacher at The Harbour School in Hong Kong since November 2021. Dean has been actively involved with the Hong Kong Theatre Company since June 2012, focusing on team building and the operation of entertainment technology systems for theatrical productions. As the Owner and Director of Wired ~ Audio Control since 1986, Dean has maintained an international presence in the audio control field, emphasizing precision and creativity. Previous roles include Media/Design Technology Teacher and Technology Coach at Hong Kong International School from May 1998 to November 2021, where Dean fostered individualized learning pathways and supportive relationships. Dean holds a Master of Science in Information Technology in Education from The University of Hong Kong and various other educational qualifications in audio engineering and general engineering.
