Ashley Simmons has over eight years of diverse experience in organizational development, project management, and operations within the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at The Hardy Group, Ashley leads the Workforce Development Team and the Cultural Enhancement Committee, focusing on creating a positive work environment, implementing training programs, and facilitating professional development for team members.
