Lucy Bardner is the current Community Programmes Director at The Harpur Trust. Lucy has over 16 years of experience in management, most recently as the Corporate Services Manager at Bedfordshire Police. Lucy has a proven track record in developing and delivering effective programmes and services that meet the needs of their community. Lucy is passionate about making a difference and improving the lives of others.

Lucy Bardner's educational career includes attending Holy Cross RC High School.

Lucy Bardner reports to David Steadman, Chief Executive. They are on a team with Clare Lake - Finance Director, Denise Rostron - HR Business Partner, and Sandra Mcmullan - Administration Manager.
