Harendra Gupta

Harendra Gupta is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong focus on Quality Engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Engineering - Quality Engineering at The Hartford since March 2019, Harendra has established a comprehensive Quality Engineering strategy for the Middle Market Large Commercial area, overseeing key initiatives in automation, BDD adaptation, and release management, while managing a team of seven full-time employees and vendor relationships. Previous roles include Business Consultant Manager at Aetna, Test Manager at various companies including Cigna and Travelers, and QA Manager at Zurich Insurance. Harendra holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor's degree from GNDEC.
