Heather Brock

Heather Brock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at The Hartford since December 2018, Heather previously held the position of Certified Scrum Master for Benefits IT at Unum from October 2017 to November 2018. Prior to these roles, Heather worked as an IT Project Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from March 2013 to May 2017 and at Exeter Hospital from August 2011 to March 2013. Heather's career began at Exeter Hospital, where roles included Help Desk Manager and Help Desk Technician from March 1989 to March 2011. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire between 1979 and 1983.
